Integrative therapy for lasting change.

Jennifer Jackson, LCSW

I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space to collaborate on your goals. With an integrative therapy approach tailored to your unique needs, we would work together to build a connection where meaningful change can happen. My style is warm yet direct and draws from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatics, and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I approach our work with cultural humility and an anti-oppressive framework that supports intersectionality, particularly for those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+ or queer, women, creatives and artists, and birthing parents in all stages of their perinatal journey.

If you're here, you're ready to feel better. Together we can work through relationship distress, career challenges and creative blocks, life transitions, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, self-defeating behaviors, identity exploration, postpartum depression and anxiety, and parenting challenges.

Jennifer Jackson (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker registered by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW121904) currently serving clients through Michelle Harwell Therapy.
