Integrative therapy for lasting change.

Welcome

It can be challenging to reach out for support when you’re already feeling sad, anxious, grieving a loss, or in the middle of a major relationship issue. But the fact that you’re here searching for the right therapist is so important. During our consultation, we’ll talk about your goals, how we would work together, and if it’s the right fit for you. Your relationship with your therapist is just that – a relationship. You want someone who gets you, who can be supportive, and who might challenge you when that’s what you really need. My style is warm yet direct, engaging, and infused with compassion, empathy, and even humor. I look forward to connecting.

Approach

With an integrative therapy approach tailored to your unique needs, we would work together to build a connection where meaningful change can happen. I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space to collaborate on your goals. I draw on psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, through a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens.

I approach our work with cultural humility and an anti-oppressive framework that supports intersectionality, particularly for those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+ or queer, creatives and artists, and birthing parents in all stages of their perinatal journey.

If you're here, you're ready to feel better. Together we can work through relationship distress, career challenges and creative blocks, life transitions, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, self-defeating behaviors, identity exploration, postpartum depression and anxiety, and parenting challenges.
